On Saturday, February 8, 2014 the American Heart Association’s Cape Fear Heart Ball was held at the Wilmington Convention Center. This annual black tie event celebrated the organization’s mission of building healthier lives, free of cardiovascular disease and stroke and raises funds to support research and education. This year’s event marks the 16th anniversary of the Cape Fear Gala, and it was a night to remember with a red carpet entry, cocktail reception, live silent auction and musical entertainment.
